Together We'll Make A Promise

Hnnn...after approx. eight hours, I'm done 8D; Wow, this is the longest I've spent on a picture since the beginning of high school. -so proud- I would've spent even longer except for the fact I'm scared if I won't have any more time left til December 1 and I'll forget to submit it. D: I can get paranoid about these things sometimes, ha ha.Moving along...

Anyhow, I'm pretty forgetful so I'm guessing this is how I'm supposed to explain about the picture. Correct me if I'm wrong, ha ha.

WELL. The song that relates to this picture is 'Together we'll make a promise' by Cori Yarkckin but I'm sure you knew this already based by the title ;D Anyhow, this scene I depicted shows a young female cat watching the sun go down. Her thoughts are the images above, the translucent faces of her -on the left- and a cat very precious to her - the right- who has to go somewhere very far away. The cat on the right is promising that he'll come back one day. During this time when the sun is setting, she's remembering this promise and feeling a happier, that they'll be together soon enough. Because they made a promise. Why the sunset? Because in my opinion, it means that a day is almost over and a new tommorrow is coming, a fresh new page in the chapter of our life's story. (:

This is what I think is what this picture is depicting. As well as in this picture, the cats are un-named for a reason. A lot of people might be able to relate to this song or maybe even this drawing as well. The cats in this picture could be them and someone precious to them , it could relate to yourself. That's what I believe, anyways since this picture makes me think of myself and someone else. C: This is a uber sweet song, I got addicted to it when I was watching Pokemon Rangers and The temple of the sea over the summer. It always cheered me up and I hope it brightens your days. C:
